He has to resign from his designation after the corruption charges. He agreed to the terms that he has taken $2.4 million in an illegal way. For all his corruption, he served 8 years in prison.
10. Budd Dwyer
Budd Dwyer served as the Republic member from 1965 to 1970 in the House of Representative. For his corruption charges, he charged for the fraud and bribery. Apart from the republic member, he also served as the U.S. Senate and the treasurer of the Pennsylvania. He was sentenced of being guilty of $300,000 fraud. He ended his life in the press conference by shooting with the 0.357.
